Terralfar Digital Files Ownership License

Personal and non-commercial use license – Terralfar

Copyright holder: Julián Ortega Durán, owner of Terralfar, with registered office in Solana de Cabañas, Spain.

1. Object
Digital files purchased from terralfar.es, hereinafter referred to as the "file," are the exclusive intellectual property of the copyright holder.

2. Rights granted
The purchaser is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download and store each purchased file.
3D print, machine or virtually display the model contained in each file solely for personal, private and non-profit use .

3. Prohibited uses
It is expressly prohibited, without prior written authorization from the rights holder:

Reproduce, distribute, sell, rent or transfer each file or printed or virtual copies obtained from each file for commercial or profit purposes.
Publish, upload, or share any file, in whole or in part, on any physical or digital medium, including online repositories or file-sharing networks.
Modify, transform, or create derivative works from each file for public distribution or sale.

4. Territorial scope and duration
This license is valid worldwide and indefinitely, unless revoked for breach of the conditions.

5. Intellectual property
All copyrights and intellectual property rights to each file remain at all times owned by Julián Ortega Durán, owner of Terralfar.

6. Consequences of non-compliance
Use of any file outside the terms established herein may give rise to civil and, where appropriate, criminal legal action, in accordance with applicable law.

7. Acceptance
The purchase, download or use of each file by any means obtained implies full acceptance of the terms of this license.
